This mandoline is very sharp and durable. It can do all the precision cuts you need without the hassle of using a knife. It is a good thing there is a guard.

I don't know what I would do without my mandoline?! This is one of the best tools we have in the kitchen and I use it almost every day!

This is a substantial, well built tool! I have owned other mandolins but none approach the build for the buck of this unit. If you are like me, I only need the efficiency of the mandolin occasionally, but when cutting large quantities of veggies for a tray, stew or soup or when making onion jam this mandolin is perfect for those tasks. Compact enough to store easily and yet ample enough to do the job well! This is a great tool!

This is an excellent mandolin slice, by far the best that I have ever used. Operating and cleaning it is a breeze, and since all the parts are made from stainless steel, it will last for a long time. This slice comes with 3 additional blades, but I have not used them yet. The mandolin has 2 adjustable blades; the top flat blade and the bottom crinkle blade. I recommend this mandolin slicer for commercial and home use.

Every kitchen needs one of these! Makes quick work of all of your vegetable and potato slicing. Have not tried it on cheese, but it might work OK for certain varieties. Well built to last a long time.
