This unit comes with a double horizontal slicing blade that has both a straight edge and serrated edge, as well as a set of 3 julienne blades with 10, 18, and 30 teeth. To increase the customization of blade cuts even more, you can adjust slice thickness up to 5mm using a unique knob on the underside of the unit. The blades are made of carbon stainless steel that can be sharpened following long periods of usage.

This mandoline comes with 2 pushers, ensuring flexibility with whatever you are slicing. The flat pusher protects your hands from any contact with the blades.
