This Hobart 6115 potato
peeler is constructed of seam-
welded, polished stainless
steel and peels 15-20 lbs. of
potatoes in 1-3 minutes. The
peeling element on the 6115
is an abrasive, silicon-
carbide disc that gives you
controlled peeling at its
finest, and can be removed
when cleaning the inside. The
6115 features include 1/3 HP
motor and a synchronous 4
minute timer that is
adjustable for any increments
from 1/2 minute to up to 4
minutes. The water inlet on
the 6115 is rear-mounted and
an air-gap model. The 6115
also has a double V-belt
drive, stainless steel peel
trap, and a Lexan liner, with
a 115/60/1, 5 1/2' cord and
plug. The 6115 measures in at
16 1/2"W x 16 1/2"D x 24
1/2"H, and
it is UL and NSF listed.
