This Galaxy GMIX30 30 qt. mixer features a powerful three-speed, 3 hp motor with a gear-driven transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds even when its bowl is full. It comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models. Plus, a sturdy dough hook and flat beater come with this mixer, so you can craft a huge variety of recipes with a single machine.

Versatile Attachments

The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 165, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 270, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 560.

Intuitive Control Panel

This planetary mixer requires a 120V electrical connection and has an intuitive control panel, making it easy for any employee to safely operate.

Built-In Safety Features

Additionally, the safety guard stops the motor immediately if someone tries to lift it while the machine is operating. An ergonomic bowl lift handles eases the task of loading and unloading the bowl, and a sturdy base with nonskid feet keep the mixer in place at all times. A wire bowl guard is also included for added safety.
