Perfect for transport and storage applications, this Cres Cor 103-UA-11D end load enclosed non-insulated bun / sheet pan rack is a reliable and durable unit that's sure to benefit your operation. Made of hi-tensile, non-corrosive aluminum, the cabinet features a non-insulated design. Its chrome wire universal slides accommodate up to 11 full size food pans on adjustable 1 1/2" centers, allowing you to move food from to place to place with ease. In addition, the unit can accommodate other food storage supplies, such as 22" x 20" or 10" x 20" roast and bake pans, or 14" x 18" trays. Such capacity makes this rack versatile and ideal for a variety of uses, storing and transporting an assortment of food products for your operation.

Designed with transport in mind, the unit includes several special features to promote easy and safe maneuvering. For instance, the reinforced door is outfitted with a gravity type latch, which ensures that the door is secured during transport. For added convenience, the door can also be pushed open and latched to the side of the cabinet, allowing full access to the interior for any lengthy storage or removal process. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. The entire unit is set on a set of 4 heavy-duty 5" casters, the front 2 equipped with brakes.
