Use this Cambro UPR1826U15 Camshelving® 15 pan undercounter end load bun / sheet pan rack to store and transport all your food options in a busy kitchen. This undercounter rack boasts the ability to hold 15 full size or 30 half size sheet pans for ample storage, and the shelves are spaced 3" apart to allow for quick loading and unloading. Plus, with a convenient end loading design with no middle crossbar you can be sure that your staff has easy access to every food that is put on this rack. It has a 90 lb. weight capacity with a 55 lb. capacity per rail set so you can safely hold all of your cooked or prepared foods.

Made from a strong, virtually unbreakable, composite plastic, this pan rack is an excellent alternative to your typical metal bun racks. This plastic material will 100% not rust or corrode over time so you can count on your investment to last in your business. It is also tolerant of temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit while still able to hold sheet pans that come out of a 350 degree oven! Place a full size sheet pan on the top of this rack to protect the contents below, and you can even use it as a light duty workspace. This rack also has positioning ribs on the ends to help keep your sheet pans centered on the rails and has molded in ribs to promote airflow for efficient cooling or thawing.

Easily maneuver the rack from beneath your counter and back again with the help of the 4 included non-marking metal casters. Two of the casters have locks so you can rely on the stability of this unit when needed.
