Use this Cambro UPR1826HP20 Camshelving® 20 pan half size end load bun / sheet pan rack to store and transport all your food options in a busy kitchen. This half sized rack boasts the ability to hold 20 full size or 40 half size sheet pans for ample storage, and the shelves are spaced 1 1/2" apart to allow for maximum storage space without taking up extra floor space. Plus, with a convenient end loading design with no middle crossbar you can be sure that your staff has easy access to every food that is put on this rack. It has a 175 lb. weight capacity with a 55 lb. capacity per rail set so you can safely hold all of your cooked or prepared foods.

Made from a strong, virtually unbreakable, composite plastic, this pan rack is an excellent alternative to your typical metal bun racks. This plastic material will 100% not rust or corrode over time so you can count on your investment to last in your business. It is also tolerant of temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit while still able to hold sheet pans that come out of a 350 degree oven! Place a full size sheet pan on the top of this rack to protect the contents below, and you can even use it as a light duty workspace. This rack also has positioning ribs on the ends to help keep your sheet pans centered on the rails and has molded in ribs to promote airflow for efficient cooling or thawing.
