With its hollow-ground, 10" chromium-plated carbon steel knife and 1 speed, 1/4 hp totally enclosed knife motor, this Berkel 825E-PLUS manual gravity feed slicer is perfect for light volume applications that require about 1 hour or less of meat and occasional cheese slicing per day! An infinite adjustment system allows you to produce slices ranging from tissue thin to thicker cuts, and it also comes with a convenient built-in two stone sharpener to ensure you always keep a razor sharp edge on your blade. Additionally, this unit disassembles quickly and easily without the use of tools, and features a stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction that makes it easy to clean.
