This standard-duty mixer can be used to make the occasional small batch of pizza dough, however, it should function on low speed to prevent burning out the motor. For larger, more frequent batches of pizza dough, check out our selection of spiral dough mixers!

To ensure that your mixer or other equipment remains in good working order, always check to make sure the hub attachment or accessory is lubricated with food-safe lubricant before use.

Our motor hp reference is meant to indicate the horsepower rating of the motor itself and not the mixer's horsepower output to the mixer bowl.

This mixer is great for a variety of different applications. However, to ensure that you find a mixer that will cover your needs, we recommend referring to the manufacturer literature for more detailed information about what each specific model can handle. If you don't see the food you wish to mix, look for closest comparable food in texture.

Measure the square hole in your plate or knife. A standard #12 hub fits plates and knives with a 9/16" square hole, while a standard #22 hub fits plates and knives with a 3/4" square hole.

The leaking is caused by grease breaking down inside the gear box. The grease can be replaced in the gear box to fix this issue. It’s recommended this is done by a qualified service technician.
