This item is a 9", stainless steel, #12, one-piece, "S"- knife disc assembly complete with an adjusting knob. The knife on this accessory is specially ground for sharp clean cuts. It can be used with item #915VS9H grater / shredder attachement housing to convert it from a chopper / grater to a slicer / cutter. NSF listed.

This attachment can be used with Hobart and other mixers, meat choppers, food cutters and power drives with a #12 power take-off hub. NSF listed.
