From undercounter models to full size units and everything in between, we have an option for you low- or high-volume needs. You can also choose from proofing cabinets with fixed wire slides that are permanently held in place, as well as universal slides that are fully adjustable to accommodate various sized food pans. Certain models have lip load slides, as well, that are semi-adjustable.
