Patented Insulation Armour technology increases the Metro C535-CFC-U C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from hot surfaces.

This is a great holding cabinet that keeps meat at the perfect temperature for banquet events!! And at a flip of the switch you can use it to proof dough and make fresh bread!!!
