You can also proof breads between temperatures of 80 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The top-mounted controls let you make quick adjustments as needed, while its spacious interior can hold up to five full size gastronorm pans filled with food. The side walls are fully insulated for maximum temperature retention and energy efficiency, and the all stainless steel interior provides outstanding durability. And thanks to its durable casters, this unit is conveniently portable for when you need to move it to or from storage.
