Connected by a stainless steel sleeve in the middle, each fryer works independently with a hinged heating element and a removable stainless steel tank for easy cleaning. It also features a 30 minute timer and temperature controls that adjust up to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Waring WDF1000BD double 10 lb. commercial countertop fryers come standard with four twin stainless steel fryer baskets. For additional versatility, two large single baskets, and two night covers are also included! Each 10 lb. countertop fryer requires a 208V electrical connection, and is UL and NSF Listed.
