Built from extremely durable 4 gauge, impact-resistant, 3004 aluminum, this sturdy military-standard roast pan is designed to endure frequent use in busy restaurants, large institutional kitchens, and catering operations. It features easy-to-grab loop handles on all four sides for smooth transportation of heavy roasts. NSF Listed.

    these are great for heavy duty roasting needs. I like them because i just throw the pan on the stove afterwards and deglaze and begin my sauce right in there!

    This is a very heavy duty, well made Roasting Pan. I use it to fry stuff on a burner and it did very well. It is really nice that it has handles on all four sides.

    Excellent Large Heavy Duty Aluminum Roasting Pan!!! Great for large roasts! Works well as a dirty dish drop zone too! Easy for dishwashers to swap out during service!!! Great Price!!!
