The Vollrath Wear Ever 68367 heavy duty (12 gauge) 17.25 qt. roast pan bottom is great for holding and cooking roasts, hams, or turkeys. It is perfect for all restaurants, caterers, and other food service businesses.

The Vollrath Wear Ever 68367 heavy duty roast pan is constructed of hard 3003 aluminum alloy for superior heat transfer. The pan also features heavy duty welded handles.

    We use this roaster everyday for our corned beef and it holds up very well. The lip on the top makes it easier for a good seal with the aluminum foil.

    This roaster works great every week to cook large roasts, chickens, and stews for our family gatherings when all of the kids and grandkids come over on Sunday.

    Nice Pan but the usable area is not 20” X 11”. The advertised area is the outside dimension of the lid lip. The lip is ~5/8" wide which leave a usable area of 18 3/4" x 9 3/4". If I’ve had know I wouldn’t have bought the pan.
