Applied with an exclusive curtain-coating system, this triple-layer SteelCoat x3 coating provides exceptional durability for longer wear, while improving cooking efficiency through superior food release.

This heavy duty non-stick fry pan is built from 8 gauge, impact resistant 3004 aluminum, and is ideal for frying, scrambling, sauteing, or searing. Its TriVent silicone handle features a unique ergonomic, vented design that reduces operator stress and fatigue, while reducing heat transfer from the pan to the handle, withstanding up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-profile rivets are coated for easy clean-up and offer a lifetime warranty against loose rivets, thanks to Vollrath’s EverTite Riveting System.

To control evaporation and accelerate cooking, use the 67521 flat cover or the 67421 domed cover (each sold separately). NSF Listed.
