Use this Vollrath 78421 2 qt. tapered stainless steel sauce pan with silicone handle to create or reduce sauces, cook vegetables and more! It features a smaller bottom area than a straight sided sauce pan resulting in less heat exposure for long, lower temperature cooking, and its tapered sides allow for a good stirring action.

Made of 18-gauge, 18-18 stainless steel, this heavy duty tapered stainless steel 2 qt. sauce pan is durable and won't react with or discolor even the most delicate foods. This tapered sauce pan utilizes Vollrath's TriVent handle, which stays cooler than conventional handles and is ergonomically shaped to reduce stress and fatigue. Its silicone coating is oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for added comfort and safety during continuous use, and can withstand temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. NSF Listed.
