The Vollrath 72107 Cayenne full size drop in food warmer is designed with a self-insulating, energy efficient thermoset well for easy installation in wood, laminate, or metal countertops. It requires a 13 3/16" x 21 3/16" cut out.
The full size drop in food warmer has a remote panel with thermostatic temperature controls, giving your complete control over temperature settings at your buffet, banquet hall, or cafeteria style restaurant. The control panel requires a 5" x 3 1/2" cutout. A bottom mounted drain and drain valve make clean up quick and easy.
The Vollrath 72107 Cayenne drop in food warmer is UL and NSF Listed. It has a 120V, 5.8 amp, 700 watt electrical rating and must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and electrical information.

This Vollrah Drop in Food warmer with drain and remote control is wonderful. I have a couple of them in my kitchen for the side items. I will buy more for my kitchen.
