Great for restaurants, caterers, and buffets, you can do anything from cook a chicken to bake a sweet dessert in this pan. Made from dent resistant 3004 aluminum, its solid welded loop handles and satin finish with tapered sides stand up to the wear and tear of busy commercial kitchens.

    These are excellent roasting pans. They are great for cooking whole chickens. It is nice to use as an easy way to keep proteins on ice as you butcher them.
