Great for restaurants, caterers, and buffets, you can do anything from cook a chicken to bake a sweet dessert in this pan. Made from dent resistant 3004 aluminum, its solid welded loop handles and satin finish with tapered sides stand up to the wear and tear of busy commercial kitchens.

    Vollrath wear ever is a very well made bake or roast pan and a very good buy.bake evenly and will be one of your favorite in the kitchen.
