This Vollrath 3320 Centurion 20 qt. brazier pan is perfect for long slow cooking, browning meats, and more thanks to its wide heating area and short sides! This versatile brazier pan features a 1/4" thick aluminum clad bottom for quick, even heat distribution. A thin bottom wafer of stainless steel provides increased durability, and makes this brazier induction ready.

This Centurion brazier's 18-8 stainless steel construction won't pit or discolor, and helps limit flavor transfer. Two sturdy handles enable easy transport and pouring.
