This makes your delicious foods more visible and easier to reach in the pans. Featuring 3/8" drain holes, this false bottom also helps liquids and sauces drain properly so your foods don't become soggy or over-saturated.

This false bottom is perfect for buffet lines or catering events and is made of sturdy 300 series stainless steel, durable enough to withstand the dings and scrapes of a high volume kitchen. Finger holes are included to make it easier to remove the false bottom from the pan.
