    Great knife! Comfortable handle reduces hand fatigue. Blade holds an edge for a long time between sharpenings (as long as you hone it each use), and it cannot be beat for the price. I love Victorinox cutlery

    Inexpensive, yet very well performing knife. I like it more than some of my much more expensive knives. Easy to sharpen and holds the edge for a very long time. I do use a honing steel before and after each use. This is a must for this knife as the steel is not too hard. For the price this is an amazing boning knife.

    This is a quality knife and for the right price. I wouldn't last a day at work with this baby. Great for de boning chickens, turkeys, pork, beef, you name it. It's just the right size for trimming steaks and cutting stew meat.

    This is a sharp nice perfect for boning meat and quickly fileting fish. It is sharp right out of the box. Great stiff blade makes evem big jobs easy. Price is just right for the quailty.

    Nice little knife for the price. Great for removing the skins from slab bacon quickly, before the fat gets too warm to work with. The Fibrox handle is indeed non-slip. This is my first Victorinox knife and I will happily continue buying them for work.

    I am very pleased with this knife. I have an expensive knife set that includes a boning knife, but I prefer this one. The handle is easy to grip when it gets slippery. I started buying larger cuts of meat and cutting them down myself to save money. I also make my own sausages, so this knife helps me to cut the meat off the bones, and cut it into cubes for grinding - this process makes for very slippery hands and this is where that Fibrox handle is extremely useful.

    Also got this knife today with other stuff i ordered.Got knife to see if sharp and it is very sharp. I also like the handle ,does't slip.Good buy little pricey but i will get more.

    We have several of these knives with varying blade lengths. All of them work great. The nonslip handle is ideal in wet conditions and the blade sharpens easily. Highly Recommended!!!!!!

    This is a nice, basic boning knife for use by students. it seem to hold an edge well and has made it through much abuse by students without any ill effects.
