The Varimixer V20KT Kodiak 20 qt. planetary bench mixer is designed for heavy-duty mixing tasks in your commercial kitchen or bakery. This 20 qt. mixer features a powerful 1 hp motor with a high-torque transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds for maximum batch sizes. It features a variable speed drive with a wide agitator speed range from 64 to 353 RPM, allowing you to choose from lower speeds for ingredient incorporation or higher speeds for air incorporation and whipping. A single handle on the side of the unit allows you to raise or lower the bowl or lock it in place. Plus, the unit's legs adjust so you can achieve the perfect working height!

The V20KT comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models. A sturdy dough hook and flat beater also come with this mixer, so you can craft a variety of recipes with a single machine. It even includes a #12 hub to accommodate additional attachments and a safety screen that stops the motor immediately if the screen is tilted or the bowl is lowered. This screen has a built-in ingredient chute to help you seamlessly funnel ingredients into the bowl.

This unit features an intuitive control panel with a timer, automatic speed regulation, and an emergency stop button, which makes it easy for any employee to safely operate. For additional safety, it has overload protection and no voltage release. The unit's stainless steel frame and smooth surfaces make for easy cleaning at the end of the day. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection to operate.
