The Varimixer V150PLM V-Series 150 qt. planetary floor mixer is designed for heavy-duty mixing tasks in your restaurant, bakery, or cafe. This 150 qt. mixer features a powerful 5 hp motor with variable speeds from 47 to 257 RPM, allowing you to choose from lower speeds for ingredient incorporation or higher speeds for air incorporation and whipping. The speed is controlled by a rugged belt system to provide years of trouble-free operation, and the high-torque transmission delivers consistent mixing speeds to ensure you can handle even the toughest recipes. Plus, the smooth power lift function means less heavy lifting for your staff, while the hydraulic damper eases lowering of the bowl. The lift is powered by a simple control and can either raise, lower, or lock the bowl in place to suit your needs.

The V150PLM comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models. A sturdy dough hook and aluminum flat beater also come with this mixer, so you can craft a variety of recipes with a single machine. It even includes a #12 hub to accommodate additional attachments and an ingredient chute to help you seamlessly funnel ingredients into the bowl. A 15-minute timer is included to ensure ingredients are mixed for the proper amount of time.

This unit features a front-mounted control panel with an emergency stop button, which makes it easy for any employee to safely operate. For additional safety, it has overload protection, no voltage release, and an interlock mechanism that prevents operation if the bowl is lowered or the guard is opened. A durable base with fully welded stainless steel knees keeps the mixer in place at all times, and the stainless steel frame is easy to wipe down at the end of the day. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection to operate.
