This Vacu Vin black wine saver concerto set with 4 stoppers seals in your wine's robust flavor and delightful aroma even after the bottle is opened, making it ideal for restaurants, bars, or hotels that occasionally sell wine by the glass. The black wine saver uses a vacuum pump to extract air from an opened bottle of wine and then reseals the bottle with a reusable rubber stopper. By removing excess air from the opened bottle before sealing, it slows down the oxidation process. The result is more glasses per bottle than unsealed bottles, saving you money.
This convenient tool also takes all the guess work out of wine sealing with its unique vacuum indicator feature, which emits a "click" sound when you've reached the optimal vacuum level. Four reusable stoppers are included.
