It all begins with its rangetop, which has 2 cast open burners set in split-cast, ergonomic iron grates. For exceptional versatility, this model features a 48" manual griddle top! It has a durable 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with a 23" surface depth. The manual, hi/lo griddle controls are great for the operator who enjoys cooking by feel. This unit features one 18,000 BTU cast iron "H" style burner with an independent control knob for each 12" of griddle width (72,000 total BTU). Operated by large, simple knobs, the range is easy to use.

For your low-volume baking and warming needs, this unit comes with a standard oven base that produces 38,000 BTU. It features a robust "H" style cast iron burner and a nickel-plated oven rack with a 3-position removable guide. Plus, its porcelain bottom and door liner make cleanup a snap, and the oven's 26 1/4" width fits standard sheet pans in both directions. The oven features an easy-to-modulate, snap-action oven thermostat with a temperature range from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This wide temperature range, which includes precision adjustment, means you can use the oven for holding as well! Beside the oven, this range also has a storage cabinet in the base to keep frequently used items within your grasp.

Plus, it has a 5" front-plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range. It also comes equipped with a stainless steel backguard, removable shelf, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs so you have everything you need to set up your cooking line. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
