1/2 hp Self-Cleaning Refrigeration System
This unit features a 1/2 hp compressor that circulates R-134a refrigerant. However, it also utilizes a state-of-the-art self cleaning system that runs a brush over the condenser coil 2 - 3 times a day. Cleaning the coils is a vital part of refrigeration efficiency and can cause premature failure if it's not done regularly, so this takes some of the burden off of you and your staff if you forget, and frees up more time for other tasks. The refrigeration system is also bottom-mounted, which draws air from the coolest part of the kitchen for better efficiency and also raises the height of the bottom shelf to make loading and unloading easier.
9 Shelves Included
Nine heavy duty stainless steel wire shelves are included, and they can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of changing inventory.
4" Casters
When you need to move the refrigerator for maintenance and cleaning, the 4" swivel casters will make that job easy!
Innovative Digital Controls
An easy-to-use digital control panel makes it easy to set and see the temperature inside your unit. This unit also features Turbo Air's innovative Turbo Cool capability! By simply pressing the Turbo Cool button on this unit, you can activate a built-in program that causes the compressor to run continuously for up to two hours. This drops the temperature quickly, which is especially useful for new deliveries, as product temperatures can increase during the receiving process and it's critical to cool products to a safe temperature as fast as possible.
Self-Closing / Stay-Open Doors
The ergonomically-designed doors close on their own, and also have a stay-open feature that is useful for loading product into the refrigerator. On the cabinet interior, LED lighting delivers superior visibility.
Stainless Steel Construction
A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom and back give this unit the durability needed to stand up to the harshest commercial kitchens. High-density polyurethane insulation within the frame provides maximum energy efficiency.
