This unit features 2 double pane low-e glass door which provide product visibility for easy ingredient location and faster retrieval. Because employees can see where items are inside the refrigerator before they open it, the amount of time the door is opened decreases, which saves energy and preserves the 33-38 degree Fahrenheit interior climate. The doors lock so that you have complete control over access to the contents and can protect your inventory after hours.
