2 Heavy-Duty Shelves
For convenient storage and organization of all your refrigerated ingredients, this unit comes with two heavy-duty, polyethylene-coated wire shelves.
Side-Mounted Compressor
The 3/8 hp compressor helps maintain temperatures between 33-39 degrees Fahrenheit, while its hot gas condensate system prevents overflow of condensate water to ensure longevity. The compressor is mounted on the side of the compressor so that it can breath from the front. This way you can install the refrigerator in tight spaces. Also, the side mounted compressor is easier to reach and maintain.
Digital Temperature Control
The digital temperature control makes it easy to ensure proper holding temperatures are maintained. It is easy to read so your staff can keep close tabs on the unit's operation.
4" Swivel Casters
For easy mobility, a set of 4" swivel casters is included. This means your staff can move the unit away from the wall to access the back for cleaning and maintenance.
