This peeler is designed to allow your staff to peel smaller carrots in just one, fluid motion. By placing a carrot in the top of the unit and then pushing it downward, staff will be able to peel the carrot in one pass. The peeler has 6 stainless steel blades on articulated arms with springs that can adapt to variations in the size of carrots. Best of all, the freestanding design allows you to keep it stored out of the way when it's no longer needed.
