Plus, this model takes off very thin peelings to reduce the amount of food waste your prep station will create.

This peeler utilizes 6 stainless steel blades on articulated arms with springs that can adapt to variations in the size of your carrots. It is designed so that your staff can process up to 220 lb. of carrots per hour to keep up with the needs of your kitchen.
