By placing a cucumber in the top of the unit and pushing it downward, your staff will be able to peel the entire fruit in just one pass. Plus, this model takes off very thin peelings to reduce the amount of food waste your prep station will create.

This peeler utilizes 6 stainless steel blades on articulated arms with springs that can adapt to variations in the size and shape of your cucumbers. It is designed so that your staff can process up to 600 cucumbers per hour to keep up with the needs of your kitchen. It is also freestanding so that you can place it on the counter for use but store it out of the way when it's no longer needed for the day.
