It features a cutout on the top to accommodate up to five 1/3 size hotel pans or any combination of fractional pans using adapter bars (sold separately) to allow for versatility and flexibility based on your needs. Plus, an 8" front shelf that has a 32 1/2" ledge height is built-in for a resting place for trays, plates, or supplies while refilling condiments.

Beneath the counter is an enclosed base, ideal for storing back-up trays, paper products, and other supplies. The door even locks, which secures the supplies during off-hours or in public areas.

This counter is built with type 304 stainless steel, ensuring that it withstands vigorous commercial environments with ease. And, because it includes casters, the entire counter is easy to maneuver around your facility. Handle grasps are even built-in for comfortable steering, and corner bumpers prevent damage to walls and doorways during transport. For stationary applications, the casters each lock into place, steadying the counter for safe dispensing during busy meal times.
