This Star Max 515EF 15 lb. countertop fryer is a single, stainless steel unit that's easy to use! Its size is perfect for recreational facilities, small restaurants and diners, stadiums, and snack bars or concession stands.

It comes with twin baskets and a nickel- plated kettle that lifts out for easy cleaning. The Star Max 515EF has a heavy duty metal, high-limit, snap-action thermostat for accuracy and instant response to temperature changes. Other useful features include an immersion type tubular element with a swing up control housing for easy cleanup, and signal lights and front-mounted on-off switch for visual control. It requires a 208/240 volt electrical connection, and is UL Listed. For detailed capacities, measurements, and other information, please consult the specification sheet.
