This grinder includes a stainless steel self-sharpening knife and plate, along with a worm and plate removing tool. The strategic square design of the feeding neck allows for quicker processing times, while safety interlocks and a mounted guard on the sides ensures safe use. This machine can be completely disassembled without tools for quick and easy cleaning. It includes one simple cut knife and plate, and requires a 220V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
