A 1/8" slicing disc and 1/8" grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting all stainless steel construction for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, dice, julienne, and even create a ripple or French fry cut with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately).
The Robot Coupe CL60 bulk processor is ETL Listed and requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation. The machine's 3 HP motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and "high / low" buttons make changing speeds simple.
