Details
Prepare up to 1500 servings in 3 hours or less with the Robot Coupe CL52 continuous feed commercial food processor! This sturdy machine features (1) 6 7/8" diameter full moon metal hopper and (1) 2 5/16" diameter cylindrical metal hopper, the larger of which can accommodate an entire head of lettuce or cabbage. The processor features an automatic restart function when using the large pusher with an ergonomic power lever to facilitate speedy processing.
Boasting an all metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, julienne, dice, and even create a ripple or French fry cut with an additional processing disc (sold separately). The Robot Coupe CL52 requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
