Wedge Produce Efficiently
Built with 2 wedge inserts to accommodate a variety of produce, this unit wedges produce 50% faster than traditional single wedge slicers. Unlike similar produce cutters, this unit uses a cartridge-style blade and pusher that lets you change the cut size or type in a matter of seconds. Simply pull out the old cartridges by the convenient carrying handles, slide the new ones into the chassis, and lock them in place.
Paramount Safety
With an emphasis on safety, the Saber King features special covers which recess the cutting edges and ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff.
