As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-33C lettuce chopper pusher head assembly simplifies cutting consistent accurate and smooth chops. When used with the 1" x 2" blade assembly, the pusher head helps to create 1" x 2" pieces of lettuce, which are the perfect size for house and specialty salads.

When the lettuce chopper pusher head is attached to the Saber King chassis (sold separately), it's easily locked and secured in place above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit. When the unit is in use, the head pushes the lettuce into the blades for easy slicing. An entire head of lettuce can be entirely sliced with just a press of the unit's handle, expediting your food prep process with optimal efficiency.
