As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-12C tomato slicer pusher head assembly simplifies cutting consistent accurate and smooth slices. When used with the 1/4" blade assembly, the pusher head helps to create 1/4" tomato slices, which are the perfect width for tomatoes to top salads, sandwiches, and other delicious dishes.

When the tomato slicer pusher head is attached to the Saber King chassis (sold separately), it's easily locked and secured in place above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit. When the unit is in use, the head pushes the tomatoes into the blades for easy slicing. Slicing is efficient too, as up to 4 tomatoes can be sliced at once.
