This Hobart LXeH-5 hot water sanitizing dishwasher provides you with superior efficiency in a compact, undercounter footprint! This dishwasher can handle up to 32 racks per hour using only 0.74 gallons of water per rack, allowing it to keep up with demands while still cutting down on costs. For efficient operation and easy cleaning, it also features a deluxe soil management system with removable stainless steel scrap screen and secondary fine strainer.

This dish machine uses hot water sanitizing rather than chemical sanitizers and comes with a Sense-A-Temp electric booster heater. This unit also includes 1 peg type rack and 1 combination rack that fit perfectly in this machine for your convenience. Detergent and rinse aid pumps are also included so that you can start operating this machine as soon as possible after delivery. The service diagnostic system, with low chemical alarms, lets you know when the chemicals need to be refilled or when it is time to empty the scrap screen. Revolving upper and lower rinse arms and anti-clogging wash arms spin during the washing cycle to power your dishes clean in an efficient manner. This unit requires a 208-240V (3 Phase) electrical connection.
