The InterMetro TC90S half-size, heated, transport/holding cabinet holds up to nine, 12" x 20" steam table pans between 120 degrees and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, using a closed-loop thermal brake that reduces heat transfer out of the cabinet. The TC90S also has an air-vent that provides moisture control and an analog thermometer that allows temperature monitoring at any time, even when unit is off. There are four, 5", neoprene casters on the TC90S, and its low-profile design makes under counter use a breeze. The TC90S has a magnetic latch to keep the door shut, and a convenient kick-latch provides for "hands-free" opening. The TC90S measures in at 37"H x 21 1/4"W x 24 3/4"D.
