Customer questions about this product
- What are the benefits of using a carbon steel turner?
- Carbon steel turners are flexible enough for easy maneuvering, but stiff enough to flip heavier foods. To prevent your carbon steel turner from rusting, we recommend oiling and seasoning it like a cast iron skillet to remain rust free.
Perfect for turning foods cooked in hot oil, the Mercer M18710 Millennia 8" x 3" perforated turner allows grease to drain off of burgers and sausages during preparation. Its large, rounded edges make it ideal for turning not only meats, but omelets, pancakes, or French toast, too!
This turner's slip-resistant, molded polypropylene handle allows a strong and sure grip. The blade is made of precision ground, high carbon, stain-free steel, and is flexible enough for easy maneuvering, but stiff enough to flip heavier foods. Additionally, this turner is highly durable and won't bend at the handle.

This is a nice product. I've used it for burgers, eggs, taking cookies off the cookie sheet. It has a nice weight to it, and the metal is thin enough for many uses. It is a good quality turner.

love the turner. the perforations are great for spreading oil across the griddle. the only issue is the weight of the handle will cause it to tip over so you have to have a good place off the griddle to set it down. Not a deal breaker by any stretch. handle stays cook even after long hours of use.

Great turner with perforations to allow grease to drop away. Practical with quality feel makes working the grill and griddle easier. Very happy with my purchase

This is a good spatula for grilling as the slotted surface makes it easy to get under steaks and burgers and let juices drip. It works well for cleaning the grill as you can turn it sideways and scrap in between the grates.
