Customer questions about this product
- What are the benefits of using a carbon steel turner?
- Carbon steel turners are better performers than stainless steel but are more likely to rust if not cared for properly. To prevent your carbon steel turner from rusting, we recommend oiling and seasoning it like a cast iron skillet to remain rust free.
Easily flip made-to-order sandwiches with this Mercer M18700 Millennia 8" x 3" turner. Its large, rounded edges make it perfect for turning omelets, pancakes, and French toast, or even for constructing large cakes.
This turner's slip-resistant, molded polypropylene handle allows a strong and sure grip. The blade is made of precision ground, high carbon, stain-free steel, and is flexible enough for easy maneuvering, but stiff enough to flip heavier foods. Additionally, this turner is highly durable and won't bend at the handle.

Fast and confortable turner. A bit thin so if you set it on a flat top, it ddoes not have the weight to stay upright. You will need to have somewhere to set it down or you will have a melted handle.

We use this turner in our kitchen for basically anything during cooking. Very comfortable handle, and has a nice feel during use. Would recommend buying this product.

This turner is wonderful. It is heavy duty and I have not had a problem with it yet. In fact, I ordered a second turner and will be ordering more if needed.

For my business is excelent I use this turner to lift big cakes and place them in their package. Is also very useful to lift up all kind of big pastry from the sheet pan (ie Strudel).

We seem to go though turners like crazy for some reason and these have lasted the longest I must say. We will be getting more of these soon.

This is perfect for flipping burgers and chopping up steak for cheese steaks. It is very flexible. It is also a great value.

Love the Mercer line and this turner is no exception. The only thing I found a negative is the way it was displayed, It comes with a sticker with the product information which took some time to get off cleanly. Other then that very happy with the purchase.

For the price you cannot beat this product, it isn't 100% as good as its far more expensive counterparts but is very close, would buy again for sure!!!

The Mercer M18700 is a solid turner. It had a good amount of flex and it cleans up great. Seems like is of high quality materials.
