Four Wash Cycles

This dish machine has four wash cycle options with varying wash times to best suit your needs. This includes a 90, 120, and 180 second standard wash cycle and an extended 600 second wash cycle for heavily soiled dishes.

This dish machine uses only .53 gallons of water per cycle. It can clean an impressive 40 racks; 1440 dishes per hour. It also has an operating water temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit and a rinsing water temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

High-Volume Capacity

It includes a 20" x 20" flat rack, a cutlery container, and two 20" x 20" peg racks. This dish machine includes a 9.8kW booster heater with a 2.4 gallon capacity tank that makes it ideal for high-volume use. A dish machine that is made to last, its delime cycle will prevent build-up and hard water damage. Its built-in waste accumulator will also ensure smooth operation and function!
