This Main Street Equipment GMIX10 10 qt. mixer features a powerful three-speed, 3/4 hp motor with a gear-driven transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds even when its bowl is full. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 148, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 244, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 480. It comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models.

"This mixer is a good value for a medium sized countertop style mixer. We primarily use it to mix small batches of brioche dough for our hamburger buns. ( approx forty 5in buns per batch ) been going strong for about 6 months no issues. Stainless is quality and does not rust."
