This model features a steam elimination and energy recovery system that makes it ideal for front of house applications in coffee shops or bars. It works by collecting the steam generated during the wash cycle and using it to preheat the incoming rinse water. Less steam escapes the unit when the door is opened at the end of each cycle, making it more comfortable for the operator or nearby guests. This also makes it possible to operate the dish machine on cold water only, saving you energy and reducing the amount of steam overall for a better user experience. This unit requires a 208/230V, 1 phase electrical connection.
