This dishwasher comes standard with a Sense-A-Temp 70 degree rise, 7.1 kW booster heater to get rinse water up to the necessary temperature to sanitize your dishes. A high temperature unit like this one can be especially helpful for times when you need to reduce the amount of money you spend on chemicals or are concerned about residue from chemical sanitizers affecting the taste of your sensitive foods or beverages.

As a ventless dishwasher, this unit doesn't require a vent hood to catch the steam resulting from the use of hot water to sanitize dishes. This helps to save money since you don't need to worry about installing an expensive hood in addition to a dishwasher. You'll also save money on HVAC costs over time as well! Instead, this unit features technology that traps and recycles steam from one cycle to preheat the rinse water for the next cycle. This system preheats the water to about 140 degrees Fahrenheit by using recycled steam, which reduces the amount of energy and time needed to bring the rinse water up to the required 180 degrees Fahrenheit for hot water sanitizing, again saving you money.

This dishwasher comes equipped with four different wash cycles so that you can adjust the wash time based on how soiled your dishes are. The cycles are 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes long, to make sure that all your pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishware, glassware, and flatware comes out totally clean the first time it is washed. The automatic soil removal function pumps out any food residue in your wash tank to prolong the use of your wash water. This helps save on water, energy, and chemicals, which all help save on money! For optimal convenience and efficiency, this dishwasher is compatible with the SmartConnect app that remotely gives you machine status, error code reporting, temperature logs, and usage analysis. This ensures that your machine is running both adequately and economically.

This model uses only .67 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market. When compared to standard height models, this tall dishwasher is even more versatile due to its large 27" door opening. This extra-tall door is perfect for accommodating 18" x 26" sheet pans or 60 qt. mixing bowls. A door-actuated start, and self-draining stainless steel pump and impeller make it faster and simpler for employees to operate this dish machine. The pillarless design makes loading, unloading, and cleaning much simpler with less obstacles. It is also equipped with touch-pad controls that are simple for operators to access and use. This unit can handle up to 52 racks per hour and requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
